We offer a wide range of IEC and Nema standard motors, with power up to 7.5kW. DC motors are available with 12V, 24V, 48VDC and power up to 4kW.
Integral AC motors: solution engineered and developed specifically for mini power packs with power from 0.25 to 5.5 kW, single-phase or three-phase, 2 or 4 poles.
To reduce overall dimensions and optimize costs, our AC motors are flanged directly on the central body and coupled with a single joint, valid for all sizes and powers.
Integral AC electric motors available in single-phase or three-phase version, in case 71, 80, 90 and 100, with square flange and pen shaft. Compared to the standard IEC B14 motors on the market, we suggest adopting this type of motors both for the aforementioned advantages and because they have been designed to be used specifically on our mini control units, offering a high power density and starting torque.
They are intended for intermittent use (S3 40%), which is typical of mini power pack applications. In emergency situations they can be used continuously at 70% of their rated power. Given their particular construction, single-phase motors must not run without load for a long period, in order to avoid overheating.
Special powers, voltages and / or executions, also for continuous use S1 and high efficiency IE4 / IE5, are available on request.
They are for intermittent use, typical of mini hydraulic power packs: S3 40% represents a typical work cycle consisting of a maximum of 6 on-off exchanges in one hour with the motor ON for 4min and OFF for 6 min.
Nema motors: for compatibility with the standards of the North American market, motors with standard Nema 56C and 184TC interface can also be mounted. Usually these motors are not supplied by Hydronit but are bought and assembled directly by the customer. In this case Hydronit can supply the half-couplings and the adapter flange.
The standard B14 solution on the market with powers from 0.25 to 7.5kW single-phase or three-phase. Normally mounted directly by the customer. Hydronit supplies the adapter flanges and the two half-couplings for the following sizes: 71, 80, 90, 100 and 112. Elastic couplings are available for some sizes.
We offer a wide range of DC, brush or brushless (BLDC) motors to meet the needs of any type of application.
Integral DC motors: they are made with powers from 0.3 to 4 kW, 12V, 24V and 48V DC.
To reduce overall dimensions and optimize costs, our DC motors are flanged directly to the central body. The thermal protection, which interrupts the operation of the motor when excessive temperatures are reached, is standard throughout the range.
Versions with forced ventilation and high on-time are available.
DC electric motors solution engineered and developed specifically for mini power packs, they are characterized by a high power density, they provide for direct connection to the central body of the PPC / PPM / EPB.
They are available in the 12V, 24V and 48V direct current versions, in 80, 114, 125 and 151 cases, with pen shaft. The case version 151 has a standard B14-90 connection.
The standard motors are for intermittent use: the S2 and S3 values that can be used can be obtained from the use diagrams available in the Hydronit technical documentation. Other powers, voltages and / or special executions (also for continuous S1 operation) are available on request.
The most compact motors for mobile applications with battery power. Built with permanent, reversible magnets, available with powers up to 1.2kW DC (12V, 24V and 48V).
All motors have thermal protection as standard
The most common choice for battery powered mobile applications. Available with powers up to 2.1kW (12VDC) and 2.2kW (24VDC and 48VDC).
All motors have thermal protection as standard
For high power 24VDC mobile applications. Available with powers up to 4kW.
All motors have thermal protection and forced cooling fan as standard
Hydronit AC motors are built according to the best current technologies available and specifically designed for use on hydraulic power packs, with typically intermittent use. Compared to standard IE3 motors and higher on the market, they have high power density, weight and low cost. Due to the specific field of application, Hydronit motors do not fall within the MEPS (Minimum Energy Performance Standards). If you need to adopt motors for continuous use with efficiency class IE3 or higher (IEC 60034-30), you can contact our sales office directly.
No. However, it is very important to respect the assembly tolerances of the motor-side half-coupling as per the relative technical tables. The half-coupling must NOT be fitted to the stop!
Single-phase motors have a reduced starting torque due to their intrinsic construction characteristics. The starting torque under load is reduced by up to 30-40% of the rated torque at full power. When systems are designed in which a single-phase motor must start under load, it is necessary to carry out an appropriate dimensioning and possibly carry out a preliminary test in the field. It is possible to overcome the problem with the help of the SUV start valve or with single-phase motors equipped with double capacitors. For more info you can contact our sales office directly.
DC motors are typically used for intermittent use applications. It is important to know the required flow rate in l / min, the operating pressure and the load of use. Then just follow the indications of the relative graphics in the catalog (section A), to select the suitable pump / motor coupling.
Starter relays, forced ventilation and high environmental protection degrees are available. Some motors are UL certified.
