The MICRO (PPM) series hydraulic power packs share the same modularity concept (and most of the components) of the PPC series, thus offering the same flexibility.
PPM hydraulic power units are extremely small, therefore used where space limits make it difficult to install a traditional hydraulic power unit, such as in electric vehicles, boats, small mobile machines.
Our MICRO range of PPM series hydraulic power packs has been designed based on the experience of over 20 years of manufacturing the well-known compact PPC power packs. While maintaining the same well-appreciated design principles, flexibility and modularity, we have significantly optimized and reduced the use of raw materials, creating a MICRO center manifold in die-cast aluminum, which weighs half, despite even greater integration, of the body. Universal used on the PPC range. Single-acting, double-acting, reversible units with pilot operated check valves can be easily made by customizing the basic standard components.
Good news for distributors, who keep spare parts in stock and assemble them according to customer orders, is that the MICRO PPM range shares most of the components with the other Hydronit ranges: the PPC compact power unit range, the intelligent control units SPU and the range of EPB electric pumps. Fewer parts = less stock and cost optimization.
FEATURES
PERFORMANCE
High performance pressure balanced gear pumps, electric motors and solenoid valve coils are all specifically designed and optimized for typical hydraulic applications in order to improve overall system efficiency, increase power density, reduce heat generation and energy consumption. Units are 100% individually tested prior to delivery to ensure leak-free and trouble-free operation over their useful life. Functional components are made with hardened steel parts for maximum reliability and long life.
MARKET POLICIES
We supply assembled and tested control units or kits of individual spare parts. Local distributors can then optimize stock and shipments by assembling units locally, while OEMs can enjoy the ease of installing fully assembled and tested units on their machines.
Micro hydraulic power packs are used where space limits make it difficult to install a traditional hydraulic unit, such as in small vehicles, boats, small industrial machines. The extreme compactness of these units allows them to be installed close to the actuator: distributed hydraulics simplifies installation and reduces costs compared to the traditional approach of a single centralized hydraulic unit with tens of meters of pipe to distribute the hydraulic power.
