Hydronit Srl was founded in 2003 by Andrea Gambusera

Prior to creating Hydronit, Andrea had worked in the fluid industry for a decade. Hydronit's first office was in Meda: a start-up with two employees. Today the Hydronit headquarters are located in Varedo, about 20 km north of Milan.

The team is young (on average about 33 years old), dynamic and motivated. Eight languages are spoken. Over 70% of staff have secondary or master's degrees, and the company organizes ongoing training courses for employees and partners. Our know-how and experience come from nearly 30 years of experience in the fluid power sector.

Hydronit has built up excellent customer service and a sales support team over the years. Although our customer base has increased significantly in recent years, the efficiency and effectiveness of the company has remained the same, thanks to the optimization of all processes and the profound use of IT technologies, which has also led to a significant reduction in the use of paper in offices. We adopt CAD, CAM, PDM / PLM, CRM, ERP, MRP, MES systems.

Technical support and quality assurance Hydronit supports its partner thanks to its team of qualified and highly qualified engineers. They are available for any advice or support on the application of individual components or complex hydraulic solutions.

    The production is carried out in a building of 13,000 m3 that does not require the use of fossil fuels to function, except in an emergency The hyper-insulation of the structure, through the use of mostly natural materials such as wood and cork, guarantees consumption of only 7.4 kWh / m3 / year for winter heating and 3.2 kWh / m3 / year for summer cooling A high-efficiency air-water heat pump

    provides for summer and winter thermal regulation

    A system of 60 photovoltaic panels on the roof of the offices provides 13.8kW of electrical power which contributes to the self-production of about 60% of the electricity consumed by the factory for its operation.

    Thermal solar panels provide domestic hot water

    The new semi-automatic assembly line guarantees compliance with rigorous and repeatable quality standards.
